This policy explains what Openborough Pro collects and how we use it. It covers information about you — not the public officials and public legislative records served by the API, which come from government sources.
What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email); billing information, which is processed by our payment provider and not stored on our servers; and basic usage data (pages viewed, API requests and request counts per key) used to run, meter, and improve the Service.
How we use it
To provide the Service, authenticate you and your API keys, process subscriptions, enforce request quotas, send service messages you've asked for, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of processors to operate: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting and basic analytics). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
Retention and your rights
We keep account data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your settings, which removes your personal account data. To request access or deletion, contact us at hello@openborough.nyc.
